Bucak Hikmet Tolunay Vocational School started its educational life in 1995 affiliated with Süleyman Demirel University. In 1997, it moved to its modern building, which was built by the philanthropic businessman from Bucak, Hikmet Tolunay, and where it still operates. Since this date, it has experienced a rapid development process thanks to the support of the people of Bucak and the devoted efforts of the school administration and staff.
In 2005, the area where the vocational school is located was named “Oğuzhan Campus” by the decision of the Council of Higher Education. In 2006, with the establishment of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, it was affiliated with this university and experienced a kind of rebirth.
With the momentum it has gained in recent years, our vocational school, which has further developed its physical facilities, offers a modern educational environment to its students on an open area of 40,000 m² and a closed area of 6,000 m². It includes:
